The hotel offered pre-booked airport transfer, which was a great time-saver. the location on a main shopping street was perfect, yet the room remained quiet. the modern design of the room was appealing, with a comfortable bed and an excellent shower. the nearby breakfast café provided a drink and pastry of your choice.

It was a bit impersonal as there was rarely someone available for inquiries or check out. the cleaning service was also unusual, with our belongings being moved and even clothes put away without our permission.

The owners were welcoming and allowed us to store our luggage before and after our stay. Although breakfast was at a nearby café, the food was great and the café was conveniently located. we had a lovely experience at Palazzo Toledano and would highly recommend it to others.
